A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the overall value of the booking will be debited from your credit card at time of the booking. In the event that we cannot debit this deposit from your card, then such reservation shall be null and void. The balance is payable on departure. The Guest will also be responsible for the payment of charges for additional services subsequently contracted for.
Where a reservation is made, the Guest must arrive and check-in at Casey's of Baltimore hotel by 18.00 hours (6.oo pm) and the receptionist will show you the way to Baltimore Townhouse, failing which, the deposit is forfeit, unless the customer contacts “Baltimore Townhouse ” prior to 18.00 hours of the day of arrival to make an arrangement for late arrival.
The Guest may use a credit charge or charge card Number to guarantee a reservation. If the Guest fails to arrive (before 18.00 hours on arrival day), one night/day charge (€170.00) will be applied to the Guest’s credit card or charge card as authorised by the customer.
Baltimore Townhouse shall be released from its obligations under this Agreement where it fails to meet its obligation on account of an Act of God, fire, flood or subsidence, equipment failure, power failure, work stoppage or other industrial action by any third party which is, whether directly or indirectly, beyond “Baltimore Townhouse” control.
